Event Equip grew from the hands-on experience of Four Seasons Catering. As Four Seasons took on more events, we invested in the equipment needed to deliver them well. Over time, we built up a substantial collection. When it wasn’t needed for one of our own events, it was sitting unused. We realised it could be helping other people bring their events to life.

In 2017, we began hiring it out to local caterers, private clients hosting celebrations at home, couples planning marquee weddings and venues. As demand grew, so did our collection, until we needed a second unit to store and manage it. That practical beginning became Event Equip.

The experience behind the business is personal. Marco brings more than 40 years in hospitality and many years of running events through Four Seasons. He understands that every event is different and knows the equipment that can help it run smoothly, from the essentials behind the scenes to the details guests see and use.

Today, Event Equip provides equipment hire across Liverpool and the wider North West. You can hire the equipment you need, or ask Four Seasons Catering to cater your event and supply the equipment too. Either way, you benefit from practical advice from people who know events from the inside and know what it takes to get them right.
